Youth Enrichment Programs

We aim to help galvanize our youth & equip them with the right tools, resources, and experiences so they become positive contributors to society

Youth Mentoring

We have developed a collaborative mentoring approach designed to provide programming, experiences and positive role models to help young men and women navigate through life. Participants enrolled in our program are paired with professional mentors, career coaches, and barrier removal services to obtain a high school diploma and help them to enter the 21st Century workforce.

Case Management

We provide case management services that respect individuals' dignity and protect their health and safety. We work to build natural supports through community involvement, to ensure quality of care, and listen to the individuals wants and needs. We use a person centered approach to ensure the person is the main priority.
